Tickets can be purchased at:
-
For cash or check only (made out to the Woodland Historical Museum Society) at Woodland True Value Hardware at 218 Davidson starting Monday, May 16th, during their open business hours. Please do not call them for information.
-
At the Museum every Saturday and Sunday during May from 12-4, where I can use a credit card chip reader and also accept cash or check at that location. We are asking people to pay a small additional credit card processing fee if they use a credit card since we are earning nothing from the dinner ticket sales. (.88 cents per adult ticket and .75 cents per child ticket/senior for physically swiped credit cards; or $1.06 per adult ticket and .90 per child/senior ticket for called-in credit card numbers we have to manually enter.) If you are purchasing tickets over the phone, I will hold them at the door of the event.
-
Or you can text or call 360-606-5495 to arrange other ways that we can connect to get the tickets and collect the payment.
Dinner Tickets are $30, for Adults and $25 for Seniors (60+) and Children ages (4-12) but it will be a long evening and drinks can be purchased at the Oak Tree, so we are not really encouraging this as a kids-focused event. Tax, drinks, and dessert and tax are included in the price
Dinner tickets DO NOT include the cost of the Bingo Boards, because state law says that we cannot pre-sell tickets for the Bingo Boards, and they can only be sold on the day of the event at the site of the event. The Cost for the Bingo Boards is 3 for $10.
We will also have numerous raffle prizes, silent auction items, Planters Days Crackers (Every $5 cracker sold wins a prize worth at least $5), and a separate raffle for a beautiful tumbling blocks hand made quilt.
